SHIPPING POLICY

At Bold Beryl, every order is packed with care and shipped via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. As each piece is a one-of-a-kind vintage or estate jewellery item, we take every precaution to ensure it reaches you safely.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Australian Orders Standard shipping is $10.00 AUD (free on orders $100.00 AUD and over). Express Post is $15.00 AUD. Estimated delivery times are 1–6 business days from dispatch depending on your location. Express Post options are available at checkout with estimated delivery of 1–3 business days from dispatch.

International Orders We ship to selected countries worldwide via Australia Post International. Flat rate shipping applies based on your region: New Zealand from $19.65 AUD, Asia Pacific from $26.00 AUD, North America from $29.00 AUD, Europe from $34.40 AUD, and Rest of World from $42.40 AUD. Express options are available at a higher rate. International Standard delivery typically takes 15–30 business days from dispatch depending on the destination and customs processing times. International Express options are available at checkout with estimated delivery of 10–14 business days from dispatch.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of applicable fees.

Please note: Bold Beryl is required by law to accurately declare the full market value of all shipments on customs documentation, including gemstone description, metal type, item classification, and declared value in AUD. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Insurance & Coverage All orders are sent with Australia Post Extra Cover insurance up to $5,000 AUD, included in your shipping charge. In the event of loss or damage, Bold Beryl will lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf and refund or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for an insurance claim, please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage to hi@boldberyl.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Claims must be filed within 3 months of delivery.

Signature on Delivery All orders are sent with signature on delivery as standard. This ensures your parcel is not left unattended. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card with instructions for redelivery or pickup from your nearest post office.

Lost or Damaged Parcels In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@boldberyl.com as soon as possible with your order number and tracking information. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

Restricted Items & Destinations Some countries restrict the import of certain gemstones or precious metals. Bold Beryl reserves the right to decline shipment to destinations where items cannot legally be imported. Customers will be notified before payment is processed if their destination is restricted. We do not ship items with undocumented provenance or conflicting certifications.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bold Beryl is not responsible for delays caused by weather or natural disasters, customs delays or additional border processing, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or recipient refusal to accept delivery.

If your parcel is significantly delayed (over 30 days domestic, 45 days international), please contact us at hi@boldberyl.com with your tracking information and we will investigate with Australia Post.
