REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Bold Beryl, we take great care to accurately describe and photograph every piece. As each item is a one-of-a-kind vintage or estate jewellery piece, please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Vintage & Antique Items Our pieces may show natural signs of age including minor wear, surface marks, or patina. These characteristics are inherent to antique jewellery and are not considered faults or defects.

Returns Eligibility We accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • The item is significantly not as described

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return Contact us at hi@boldberyl.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will assess your request and, if accepted, provide return instructions and a return shipping address at that time.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Australian Orders Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Orders Returns are accepted only if an item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged. Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or fees on the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@boldberyl.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.
