Are your gemstones genuine?
Yes — all gemstones are genuine and natural. We do not sell synthetic or simulated stones unless explicitly stated.
What gold carats do you use?
Our pieces are made from solid gold, typically 9ct, 14ct, or 18ct. The carat is listed in each product description.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Each listing includes the ring size in AU/UK, US, EU, Japanese, and Swiss sizing. We recommend visiting a local jeweller to get your finger measured before purchasing.
Can rings be resized?
As these are vintage pieces, resizing may affect the integrity of the setting. We recommend consulting a jeweller before purchasing if you're between sizes.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 28 countries worldwide via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Australian orders: 1–6 business days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express Post). International orders: 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs.
Are my items insured during shipping?
Yes — all orders include Australia Post Extra Cover insurance up to $5,000 AUD.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
